Vanillekipferl
 about 60 pieces

  •  300 g flour
  •  125 g sugar
  •  1 packet vanilla sugar
  •  some vanilla essence
  •  3 egg yolks
  •  125 g grated almonds
  •  250 g butter
  •  2 packet vanilla sugar for turning the Kipferl

Knead all ingredients quickly to a smooth dough and let it rest one hour.

Form the dough into a thin roll, from this cut pieces and form them to crescents. Put them on a well oiled baking tray.

Bake them in the oven at 170 - 190°C for 12 - 14 minutes. After this turn them immediately in the vanilla sugar.
