Barley soup
 5 portions

  •  50 ml Oil
  •  50 g onion, chopped
  •  50 g carrot, cubed
  •  40 g celery, cubed
  •  125 g barley
  •  150 g Selchfleisch
  •  1.5 l Boullion or water
  •  laurel leaf
  •  salt, chives

Steam the onion in oil, add the carrots and the celery to it. Add the barley to the vegetable, wash before. Add the smoked meat and the bouillon, and leav to cook for approx. 45 minutes. Take out the cooked meat, leave to cool, cut into cubes and put into the soup.

Cover the soup with pepper and chives.
