Bread cake
 Serves 4

  •  100 g rhy or whole weat bread
  •  2 cups of wine
  •  2 tbsp rum
  •  100 g almonds
  •  50 g candied oranges
  •  ˝ tsp clove powder
  •  1 tsp cinnaomon powder
  •  100 g milk chocolate
  •  150 g sugar
  •  1 package of vanilla sugar
  •  4 eggs
  •  butter for greasing the pan
  •  bread crumbs for pan

Grate the bread and let soak in wine-rum mix for 30 minutes.

Add grated almons, chopped oranges, clove and cinnamon powder and then mix with melted chocolate, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until dough is smooth.

Then add dough and bake in pre-heated oven for 45 minutes at 200° Celsius. Let cool and fill with marmalade.
